In the year 2037,the once great nation that was known as the U.S. is under full dictatorship by a cruel and malicious woman who is feared known as "Relotte Warden",a woman known for her sadism and cold,icy heart.With the U.S. thrown into tyranny and chaos,a war riddled world in league with such evil leaves little to no hope with it's inhabitants. But not only war,but gruesome and deadly weapons produced by the labortories within the Government that go against God himself,from fusing humans with animals,gene manipulation,super soldiers,to even creating artificially made humans known as "Assassins". Even all the states once in the great U.S.A. now made into what is known as "Sectors" all named after a single letter in the English alphebet,and with each? Every citizen must live in fear from their cruel,vindective and sadistic leaders.

Assassins...known as "Y.Assassins" reside in the most powerful Sector of all. Sector Y. Where all eviland unholy actions take place. Y.Assassins being Warden's greatest weapons. Artificially created super humans even with powers that mere human could even possess,as well as advanced healing,strength,agility,speed and senses. All of them deadly,swift,and sometimes merciless,each under the control of the orders of Sector Y. Even with their own thoughts against Sector Y's cruelty,none can rebel,or it results in death. But one Assassin,known as Ethan Rights,or "Y.11",has had enough,and with dreams and visions that seem to torment him that he just can't figure out,he puts his foot down,and finally? Matt has the limited ability to manipulate water. The most used form of his ability is to "communicate" through water,specifically seeing through the vibrations of water. I.E. - He can partially see through drops of water or puddles of water through the vibrations it can create,this though can cause great stress in the rain giving him a crippling migraine. Matt,similar to Ethan is able to manipulate water in an offensive way,but prefers to use it for defense. With each use of his powers it quickly dehydrates him to the point he can pass out though.

Ethan [Y.11] - Matt's long time best friend since he can remember. They are nearly inseparable. Matt understands Ethan more than anyone.
Lola Summers [Y.7] - Matt's other best friend and sidekick in protecting his buddy. Lola and Matt get along easily,and Matt balances out Lola's anxiety with his positive,happy and patient nature.

Calliaan [ Y.D.13] - Despite he's afraid of Calliaan,Matt feels he's just in need of a friend to help him with his "grumpiness",despite Calliaan DESPISES Matt for being so happy and hard to piss off.

Thunder [Y.D.5] - Like Lian,Thunder and Matt were Teacher and Pupil. Thunder sees Matt like a little brother and refers to him as "shortie" despite Matt is 6'3''.

Lian Waynes [ Y.1.14] - Matt tries to be kind and inviting to Lian seeing how Lian is distant from everyone except Lola and Calliaan,though Lian has no interest.

The Original Matt - Being the Y.Assassin created from the DNA of the "original" Matthew Walker,Matt has no real connection to his donor. He knows very little and unlike Ethan,has no memories of his "former" life.

Matt is a Y.Assassin always seen to be helpful and kind. Matt is Ethan's best friend and almost brother,they go way back into early childhood,and basically have a support system for each other.
Matt is a very optimistic person with a heart of gold. He's always so calm and collective,and patient with everyone. Really,he's far too kind for his own good,and even tries to those who abuse and hurt him,like Calliaan. Matt is someone who is stubborn in the sense he wants to be nice to everyone and be a buddy when he feels they're alone.

Being so kind,it's no doubt he's an awful assassin without "help". Which is why he is known as a Sleeper Assassin,having being beaten to the breaking point in order to give him a trigger phase in order to make him efficient in terminating targets. While in sleeper mode,Matt is completely out and only a cold,robotic like state is left where he follows any order to the finish UNLESS his wake phase is said. He would even kill Ethan,his best friend,in this state without hesitation if ordered and not woken up.

Matt's helpful and supportive nature is one reason he is so beneficial to Ethan's stubborn behavior and outcasted beliefs since he understands Ethan more than anyone. Later in the series Matt follows Ethan even to *SPOILER* escape Sector Y as dangerous as a task as it is.

Matt is also good friends with Lola,having the three be an inseparable trio.
