Description A big heap of realistic Pokemon...

Whiscash (), a territorial catfish. Simple.
Cyndaquil, a distinctively colored hedgehog/echidna.
Mudkip, the larval stage of a very large salamander.
Totodile, a bipedal crocodilian similar to the ancestors of dinosaurs.
Chikorita, an interesting sauropod-like dinosaur with decorative feathers on its neck and head.
Natu, a bird of the arid tropics.
Chatot, a parrot. Nothing special here.
Magnemite, presented here as a rather interesting type of fly.
Skitty... It's just a cat.
Geodude (!) is presented here as a stone crab. It's easily disguised as a rock, and lives mostly on land (like a robber crab.)
Torchic, the immature fledglings of Blazikens.
Ampharos and Mareep (left out Flaafy... 'cause I don't like it.) are marsupials. When younger, they resemble long-tailed sheep, but lose the wool as they age and grow more kangaroo-like.
And Weepinbell/Victreebel... They're specialized amphibians that evolved parallel to pitcher plants... Victreebel scares me a little here.

Thanks. I haven't really used that word often in my life.

I dunno. I find the strangest things better than what is normal said the best.

I wish I could get as good as you are at drawing realisticly. XD I've only recently have had a break-through with coloring. -.-

I use it to describe 's hair, but that's about it.

Hmm... drawing and coloring realistically... practice! Practice and observation! It's what I do.

Yeah, I know the practice part....I guess I think everyone starts out with something, like I normally start with the eyes.

But thanks for telling me to practice. xD

Eyes are great! Heh heh heh, they're pretty much my favorite thing to draw.

About the same here. But they're so expressive sometimes, that you have to get it just right for a picture to work. D: Sometimes that's upset, but I love doing eyes as well. So colorful and shiny.

Hmm, the eyes do have to be good. Otherwise, the whole thing looks kinda off.

Chins and noses are hard for me to do too...I'm just reall bad at drawing people. XD

I can't draw pretty people.

My worst parts are hands and feet... They're terrible. -_-;

Pretty is tough. It's sorta dependent on style, you know?

JadedIguana In reply to Ansemaru [2008-11-21 23:58:12 +0000 UTC]

Yeah. D:

The most frustrating of the facial structure is the long squared chins for me, because there are people that look good with those kinds of chins, but when I do it, it's like...R-Tarded.

Oof, tough... it's weird when things look good on people but look bad in drawings. Or vice-versa, for that matter.

JadedIguana In reply to Ansemaru [2008-11-22 00:03:16 +0000 UTC]

That seems to often often with clothes.

Look good on paper, bad in real life.

Must be hard being a clothes designer sometimes. o_-;

Ansemaru In reply to JadedIguana [2008-11-22 03:50:00 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, since drawings of clothes don't have to obey physics the way normal clothes do. >__>; Of course, any clothing I design is for drawn, animated, or digitally rendered characters, so it tends to be a moot point.

I really like Jester clothes. They're so...qualified for making me happy. Whether I'm wearing them or not. They feel pretty, even if it looks ridiculous. For me, anyways.

So, you have pictures of your designed clothes posted, yes? If so, I'm going to go look. :3

O: Jester clothes are pretty awesome.

You could say that I have... It comes with the territory of character designs.

I dont find the victereebell nearly as terrifying as the weepingbell but whatever, also do you think the pupal stage mudkip can become sexualy mature when denied land? (like tiger barred salamander larvae?, which are apparently diffrent then Axotols)

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Ansemaru In reply to Youreonawitch [2008-11-14 14:34:08 +0000 UTC]

Well, lots of people keep their Kipz as Kipz rather than letting them evole (for cuteness or lulz.) So a Mudkip at a high level is kinda an axolotl, I guess.

I SCARED MYSELF WITH THIS THING.

I 'unno how I managed that. But I guess that Victreebel is kinda inherently scary.

Yeah, I'd have to agree. D: Though I'm sure James knows for a fact.

Absolutely never. I've loved them since I was seven years old. (Wow, ten whole years of mild obsession!)
