Really stunning work indeed - that background is SIMPLY PHENOMENAL! 
The sky is stunning, the details on the landscape is so wonderful and majestic... the whole thing is really fantastic!
Love the detail of the snarling expression too and the pose, and the colours and details on the fur are just wonderful! 
However I would have to say that the way the neck is set does indeed look a bit... off. His neck looks set quite high, but his head doesn't seem to quite follow in a line with it - I'm afraid that I do agree to an extent with Rohrkrepierer88 in that he does look a touch hunchbacked.

I wanted to make it a hunched, probably it did not work very well, I saw so many times how other artists make this pose but I still can't catch it. Maybe with practise I finally can do it right.

Aww, don't worry about it, you did a really great job with the pose overall, just the neck and shoulders aren't quite right, but even so they're not far off at all. ^^
