Dunno why it took me so long to do this (considering I've been letting petty comments roll down my back for a long time now), but consider the issue closed.Finally, after plenty of interruptions, I managed to finish this. First babies, then gijinka (versions 1 and 2 ), now...this? (Talk about a queer artwork evolution chain.) My first attempt at drawing adult Dialga and my second take at full-grown Palkia. I hope I didn't mutate them both too badly. ^_^'

Makes me wonder if perhaps Primal Palkia, if she existed (YES, I AGREE WITH YOU) was not as bad as Primal Dialga... Perhaps a bit more humbler or something. I am referring to PMD2, and I have not seen The Rise of Darkrai. I'm in love with the PMD2 story, lol... It capture's one's emotions, intrest, and imagination.
I like both of them as well, but particularly Palkia. Why wouldn't it be a female? After all, Palkia was the one found in Pearl. It just strikes me as something. I saw the scene from The Rise of Darkrai in a video where the two are fighting, and their power awed me, but that doesn't mean I liked the fighting! D= Here's the video, btw... Of course, I found it because of my own video, which is based on a fan-based meerkat roleplay character based after Primal Dialga with the same song, "Animal I Have Become" by Three Days Grace, which I see as Primal Dialga's theme.

Out of most of the pictures, drawings, images, etc that my girlfriend had shown me links to; I'd have to say this is one of them that I could at least leave a comment to.
I completely respect your idea of the genders. Actually, it's all based on how each person views them. But then again, those who repeatedly try to prove a person wrong just want their idea to be the best considered. They're also too stubborn to just accept people's perception of the beings.
With that out of the way, I've taken a look at the other things you have drawn and I have to admit that it's way beyond what I'm capable of. And despite that this is over a year old, I feel kinda...well, to be truthful, stupid. Don't know why, just do.

I usually don't mind it either if people disagree with my gender portrayals of the usually genderless legendaries, but I have encountered a handful of people who go to the point of lashing out at me in person (accusing me of being sexist) just because of that. Geez. Those cases are definitely stuff that I won't tolerate.

pretty good pic, but to tell the truth, palkia is a male. In Pkmn Mystery Dungeon 2(japanese version), Palkia called himself a guy by using words that only tough-looking guys use, and for the english version, the partner pokemon calls palkia "he". And, Palkia looks muscular, and I think he's too cool to be a female, I mean, Gloomy Bear's pink but he's a male!!

I've played Mystery Dungeon 2 so I know what you are talking about. I just request some open-mindedness in the part of my viewers regarding the genders of the dragon trio in my artworks. And hey, "too cool to be a female"?! As a girl, I can say it's also fun to be a female! ^^

Hmm... well, the way it's written, it's almost as if there's a potential love affair between Palkia and Giratina, though I know you said there isn't... What exactly is going on in that chapter? And I think Dialga's character's a bit bland right now... Add some more depth and he shall be the kind of character girls go O.O for. ^_^

Thanks for the review. ^^ It's a two-parter prologue to a main story we're already writing fragments on. It mainly focuses on Giratina, since he will be the bad guy in the actual story and we need to somehow give show his more "human" side.
Basically, there are two persons who will be very influential in how Giratina's character will turn out, and Palkia is one of them. The second character will be revealed in part two of the prologue (which we have nearly finished, BTW). AND in a way, that "potential love affair" as you put it will be some sort of driving force in the future even though (ironically) the Renegade and the Spatial Dragon are close friends at most.
Dialga will get more focus and character formation in the main story. Trust me; my co-author is /very/ fond of him and will not leave him in the dark (he wouldn't even have made an appearance in "Pearl and the Girasol" if not for her). ^^

Yes you will. ^^ The actual story involves Dialga a /lot/ more (he's a major character there as opposed to being relegated to a minor one in the prologue), so I hope you'll be patient enough to wait. : ) You don't mind him being paired with a non-legendary 'mon (although gijinka), would you? *crosses fingers*

First off, what a great and touching picture. Secondly, about Giratina, I don't think he's a part of this little family mainly because Arceus only created this universe, not torn world, and as stated in the new platinum version, Giratina originated from torn world.

While I somehow acknowledge the dragon trio, I also don't consider Giratina to be part of Arceus' family.

They look so peacefull on this Pic, but if they're probably Brother and Sister? Well, i don't care the Gender of those two, for me they are genderless (not because of the games, they are actually half Gods)
And btw, the one is the Ruler of Time the other of Space, so they must actually be Brothers, Sisters or what ever.
But what about Giratina? He is also one of the 3 Dragons? Is he a family member of those 2? You decide.
