Didn't feel like drawing my own characters today, so I drew the Arceus on my team... who holds an Icicle Plate~ >;DAAAUGH I want it to snow already!

Arceus is a wonderfully designed character, I find. I've been doing studies of it lately.
I really like the color palette, the subject's pose, its position in the frame, and the grand scale of the backdrop. Great work!
