Well, I was amazed by the long rendering time : 6 hours and 24 minutes.
Is this normal ??   If not, what is wrong with this fractal resulting in such a long rendering time ?
I was aware of the fact that much variations make long rendering times, but this beats me.

The reason for the long render is you have zoomed in on the flame. I took the zoom off and rescaled instead and it took 47 minutes to render at 3840 x 2160

Strange,  because I always try to avoid the zoom function. I always work as you suggest.
It's obvious that I made this mistake here, because the params don't lie !
Must be more wakeful  next time !

In Apo you go to edit (on top) and then hit "copy".
When you come here on Deviantart and you submit your work,  in the textfield you just paste and all the parameters will show.

No, it sounds like your computer was low on memory or some other application was running in the background.
