The similitude was in that the shadow is much bigger, as on yours.

yeah, we really can't go away from our shadows... even if we are in the darkest room or in the darkest part of our lives, our own shadow would always be there... watching us... seeing every details of our actions...
the shadow is also ourselves... it does every single act we do...
