Description [Cut Out] - Blade Section

This is after the blade is cut out. Now don't think I didn't have to fix this thing up, I had to repair it a lot and pieces will chip off since its ply wood.

I cut this out from 1 inch thick ply wood, so this thing weighed a TON >_>

Now its time for the sanding stage.

As I said already before, I am not responsible for any injuries occurred when making this prop or any others helped from this tutorial.

What saw do you use to cut it out? And how long does it take to do this one/how long did it take you to get good at what you do?

Good question, I use a Jig Saw, specifically a pivoting head Craftsman jig saw.

I use detailed blades for finer cuts and so that it's a lot easier to cut out.

And I have been working with wood since I was 9 (learning how to use a heavy table mounted saw at 12), so about 6 years I have been wood working.

My skills happened over time, not one night xD

haha Of course I don't expect skills with wood working to develop over night. That would be absurd. I would love to get into word working though, so I can build my own Keyblades and whatever else I want to make.
