Description
While Lightning has...decent relationships with her allies in battle, the team at NORA will always be her best friends for life. The way they charge into battle without a plan and label themselves heroes without actually having ever saved anymore, and in fact probably causing more people to die in the process of escaping the Purge, is something Lightning truly admires and is completely and utterly true to her beliefs. Though she pretends to hate them on screen in Final Fantasy XIII, she actually loves them more than she loves Serah, if you look for the signs in Final Fantasy XIII they're there, honest
In the background Lightning's "pals" are all doing their own thing. Vanille is embracing her psychopath side and chasing down Hope, who is running to Lightning for protection as usual. Fang does not appreciate Lightning hanging around with people outside of the "pals", getting ready to tear them all a new one, while Snow is trying to coax her out of it and Sazh is staying right out of the situation.
Have had the idea to do a follow-up picture to Lightning and Pals but only just got around to doing it today. I've also learnt more about XNALara and the picture effects, so there's better lighting and effects and the picture is larger.

What do you mean by 3d? If you mean that the characters are 3D it's because I used a model posing program called XNALara to make the picture.

And yes, Lightning truly LOVES NORA with all her heart. In reality, she fought against the Fal'cie to save her NORA pals. She couldn't care less for Serah XDDD

Truer words have never been typed! Serah needs to back off! Why do you think Snow pulled Serah away from Light after they saved her from crystalization? Because he knew Light wanted to hug him, leader of NORA, and go find the rest of the crew so they could all go for drinks!

Yuppers. And in reality, Lightning arranged Serah and Snow's engament; Lightning always wanted a brother like Snow, and He wanted a sister like Lightning. They were bestfriends for years, and waited for Serah to become legal so their "Brother sister" plan could be acomplished XD
You wana know why Light's mad all the time? Cuz her parents didn't give her enough sibblings that she could marry off to NORA crew!

That's also why Snow refuses to marry Serah until he finds Lightning in FF13-2, what's the point if he can't be her brother since she's gone? Damn Etro and Caius ruining everything

Yup. That was Caius and Etro's whole plan, stop the wedding and make sure Lightning never got the brother she wanted; thatβs why she was taken to Valhalla! Same reason why the Giant Flan appeared in the Sunlith waterscape! Get them both occupied then, no wedding.

Etro was so determined to stop the wedding that she even allowed herself to be killed so the world would be destroyed, she clearly had issues

Heck yeah! Once Lightning is back, sheβs gunna avenge the death of her dream! Now that Serahβs dead, thereβs no way Snow can marry in to be her brother! Snow and Light are going to tag team against Caius and make sure he has a slow painful death, and show a bunch of Yuel's dying in front of him XD

Lol Noel's Yeul should probably live though, she outright said she doesn't like Caius in one of the paradox ending fragments lol, she can say that to his face as he dies XD
Lightning should also drag Etro up from the afterlife and torture her until she revives Serah (and by extension Fang and Vanille, I mean decrystallizing them shouldn't decrystalize the pillar, it's just Lake Bresha crystalized. Etro was just being evil keeping them trapped, anything to spite Lightning >.<), and then destroy Etro permanently >
And finally they need to go back in time so Lightning and Snow can be reunited with NORA and Snow can marry Serah, I mean they are BFFLs

And Light canβt torture Etro! I read Etro mutilated herself before leaving the world to Valhalla and that her blood created the human race! Etro will just enjoy it and over populate Gran Pulsian settlements! Light need to tie Etro up to a chair and just mock her lack of power and uselessness and give her a lecture Farron style until she revives Serah, Fang, and Vanille! Etro is evil! Sheβs been out to get Lightning ever since Lightnings birth! Why do you think Lightningβs lifeβs been so hard? Cuz of Etro! Same goes to Snow! Snow and Lightning will kill her permanently together!
And yes, once all is done, they can go back to their normal lives and fulfill their wishes as BFFLs! Then, they shall al live happily ever after and walk into the sunset holding hands. Now THATS how 13-2 shouldaβ ended!

Lol I still don't understand why Hope decided to call the new cocoon that long as name randomly, I get that it's named after a god but still people are going to have to say that now every time they say where they live lol.
I actually read recently that Etro is a Fal'Cie (I have no idea if that's true though) so when the Meanie Miss Farron Double Team destroys her, maybe that's how Fang and Vanille will come back?
Lol Lightning could just use Army of One on the whole Serendipity, that place is just pure evil lol. I always thought you could use the other poker machines though? I'm probably wrong though lol, I spent as little time there as possible.
I'm guessing you're talking about the Sazh DLC? I think you're supposed to get some Fortune Coins or whatever the special items are before you can do her side-quest. It's a weird one lol.

I was considering putting Serah in the picture, but decided against since I planned it to be just the main 6 from FF13. I'm thinking of doing a three years later version though for FF13-2 if the FF13-2 Snow and Hope models get released.
