I couldn't resist! I'm getting so excited about it, but A-Kon is almost here and I'm not even close to finishing the whole costume AHH! Anyway, the jaw opens and closes and is rigged to make the ears wiggle too as it opens and closes. I'm super pumped about it.Related content

Woah! How do the ears move when the jaw is open?

There are cables in the ears that connect to the jaw so the ears
move forward and back as the jaw opens and closes.

What are the cables made out of?

Well, they are actually old guitar strings that my ex leftΒ
at my house to tell you the truth^^ but they work well
for cables

So how are the cables in the head? I've wanted to do the same thing but I never know how to do it.

It's all good to joke about it haha.
The cables are attached at the tips of the ears and they run along theΒ
top of the ear through a plastic tube so they stay in place and don't get
caught on any fur. They are attached to the hinge of the jaw so whenΒ
my jaw opens, the cables are pulled down and the ears move forward.
It's all just experimentation really.
