I give you another drow picture, why? because I love them and there needs to be more pictures of them. I found some amazing cosplay art from a fantasy MMO, and decided I wanted to covert it to a drow mistress/ matron because it was that amazing.This is Isadori, my newest larp creation.
This was done with prismacolor markers and watercolor pencils on bristol board.

while I do believe it is from Lineage II the cosplayer herself is not in drow paint. actually she's pale.

You seem to have a real liking to the drow, I do too.
I love how unpredictably evil they are. War of the spider Queen was a perfect representation as to how cunning and ruthless they can be. Too bad everyone wants to be Drizzt these days *sigh* so sad...
Wonderful work on this though. At first I thought it was pencil, but when I zoomed in, it clicked in (and read your description lol). Nicely done. Did she get her eyes ripped out for looking up the Matron mother's catch or something? (that sounds like a drow thing to do)

oh I know, I prefer evil drow..
and actually no.. she was born with a twin, both girls.. one was made a living sacrifice to lloth, her eyes on the day of her birth were exposed to acid from that of a deep wyrm which burned them, and blinded her. However she still lives and took down her sister and mother ascending to matron with the assistance of about oooh twenty weapon masters who became intoxicated by her very presence.

Interesting, although it'll be hard for her to survive without sight. I suppose a cleric could always repair her eyes...for a price bwahahaha! evil evil drow.

It turned out lovely for such a mixed media. Very nice. Love her collar and shirt, and the details on her hair and hairbands are not lost. This must have taken a long time.
Man, it's been forever since I've worked on bristol board. I should get my hands on some and see if working on something stiffer than sketch paper would goad me to make a more finished product.
