Description
This is a commission for whom commissioned me to draw my interpretation of the goddess/ personification of dreams. Here my main focus was a beautiful woman who comes from a painting and of the day time (because I dream best during the day).I cut cut away lineart, to signifiy that rarely dreams are entirely in focus, the main point is, but everything else is fuzzy yet somehow makes sense, taking images from the day and transporting it into a surreal beauty.
I hope you like it midnight, it was a pleasure to draw. and probably one of my most challenging in making a concept.
this was drawn with prismacolor markers, pencils, watercolor pencils, gel pen, white acrylic paint on 7x10 bristol board.

This piece is soooooo wonderful. Good concept and excellent presentation. It shows such a nice technic, the overall effect is wonderful. I like the softness of the colors and the way they were applied. But what I love the most is the expression of the subject. The light paint under her eye highlighted the eye and its dreamy look. Keep it up!

Ohhhmygosh. That eye is so beautiful... <3 An the warm colours are so lovely, with blue in the background to contrast. Dang, I really, REALLY like this XD
Also, out of curiosity, what Prismacolor colours did you use for the skin...? ^^

I used eggshell for a base, Buff for the first shade layer, and putty for the darkest. for the eye shadow I used Jasmine and tulip yellow.. I also used highlights of Cream to make a subtle yellow.
