Wow.... you have really progressed since I last chatted with you in August. You really captured amazing detail and expression in your cat. Beautiful blue ice tones that really bring out the eyes. Love the soft white flares and the way you captured the contrast of light and dark. You even kept it balanced with the placement of the cat and the heavy light values. Negative space is interesting and yet not distracting to the eye: the blurred background is also draws attention to the sharp fine details of the eyes, hair and whiskers.
The cat itself is also sporting pretty cool designs as well. Beautiful job.

She (he? she?) has such beautiful eyes. I can't 'leave a critique' (not premium), but the composition and lighting are wonderful, and the angle is stunning. It's hard to get animals to hold still like that long enough to gaze right into the camera! -applauds- The shallow depth of field was a good choice for this shoot, too. Focuses right on that little kitty nose!
