Maybe it is crap if you think of it as an apple still life. However, as an abstract with the frozen water + bright red background is interesting.
Personally, I would bring down the saturation a bit...it is an quite harsh pic with flash + oversaturated red, and its a fine line between pushing intensity to limits and inducing migraines.
