I drew this a long time ago and never posted it because I never drew his evos. But now I am putting him up. Uhh.. I hate physicks but this is based off of the coulomb, the SI unit of charge. The name is Coloom because that is how my physicks teacher pronounced coulomb. I don't know why, he just did.Coloom - electric
