Desmond and Katherine - two original characters are a soldier from the 1980s Soviet Union, and a French-American woman. They are standing together in front of the Bolshoi theater, do not caring to notice the people or world around.
They're in love and would work very well together as a couple, but they cannot be with each other. They're going to be separated because Des cannot leave the Soviet Union, and Kath cannot remain there.

Wow what a very magical scene that kind of reminds me of one of our older works. I really love the fact that these two are backlit, but you can still see their face and details. The building in the background looks gorgeous as does the snow. That snow is seriously amazing Aomori because it looks so magical.

Sooo lovely picture and lovely story too (I am too romantic ^^). The atmosphere is great. I lived in Soviet Union in 1978-1979 so I now a little bit how it was ^^ But I never saw such a beautiful couple ^^'
