Now I'm actually interested in seeing what happens when Roulette evolves. It is true that dragonites tend to have a more "masculine" appearance and I am curios as how Roulette will react to it.

You can't help but feel sorry for Roulette, because of how sheltered her life has been, and how she tries to act clever to hide it, but she doesn't even know what a dragonite is in reality.

She's a strange combination of worldly and sheltered. It's hard to write, since she was sheltered from the exact opposite things that most grow up with. (she constantly saw drinking, gambling, prostitution, etc.) Thank you for letting me know your thoughts. It means a lot to me when readers say this.

About question 26, Dragonair can fly. Fire Red Pokedex: It is said to live in seas and lakes. Even though it has no wings, it has been seen flying occasionally.

Oh! I must have missed that. I checked Bulbapedia for the pokedex entries before writing this. My bad! Thanks for pointing it out. I guess since she never met another dragonair that she just doesn't realize that she can fly.

And she's so...Roulette! And it's still pretty sad that Aouli is poorer than her, haha
But, man I do feel bad for her! She's been shelterd her whole life, around Rockets and just a terrible atmosphere altogether! And her being so rare got her passed around so many trainers...It's kind of sad that she had little respect, but Aouli picking her up really saved her! Maybe she'll grow better as a person with the more loving and family-like atmosphere...
