What the title says. I might be late to the party, but since I didn't see anyone mentioning this, took me a while to realize you can do that, and this is why "On/Off Mode" exists than just "Anytime" since it always confused me before.
Keep in mind that you have to manually move the clothing for the parts you turned to physics off, but if using for motions, depending to your camera angle, you might not have to move them much at all.
