HitRain is a very useful effect if you want to make, well, a rainy scene.

I keep wanting to use this effect but hit rain never seems to work.. It only seems to work on just the model thats opened for some odd reason. I already fixed the accessory placement and everything and still wont work.
And even if I have a stage loaded it wont work unless I load a model but it will just work on the model itself =\
