Many people have been having trouble with loading effects like this. Here, I show you how to load the Line_V2 effect file. The instructions are mostly the same for all .x effect files, except some do not require registering to a model (you load and leave there/register to the ground)

Steps:
1. Load a Model
This step is NOT required for other .x effects!!
2. Load the effect - hit "Load"
3. Choose your file
4. Attach* to model - NOT required for other .x effects!!
Move around as you wish, whether on a model or on the ground
5. Register
