Here is a quick tutorial on how to make stuff glow automatically in MMD using the AutoLuminous4 effect. By simply loading the model in PMXEditor (or PMDEditor) and increasing the reflectivity of the parts you want to glow, you can get the parts to glow the moment you load the AutoLuminous4 effect. This also works in Miku Miku Moving as well.
