You mean facing away from the camera? Use the MotherBone to do that.

The motherbone is the bottom-center bone on most newer models (It says Master bone)
It moves the entire model so with most motions you can just use it to place the models where you want then register. Most motions require you to select all the frames the specific bone is in and remove it, but that's an entirely separate tutorialΒ

You can save it yes, just be sure to select all parts of the motion :3
