eeehhhhhh not really... this design is in need of a revamp honestly. The multiple forms will stay but I want to make him less "Shin-like". I want to make him less heavy-set and give him bigger arms. I also want to make his face more animated. I might also make him a bit shorter.

(This like a rough but it's the basic idea): In the 80's the first Godzilla decimated Tokyo, but was destroyed by a mysterious chemical weapon. This attack was followed by the sudden appearance of kaiju all over the world. In light of these events, many organizations emerge to both research and combat the monsters, but these organizations are being funded by a mysterious super-organization that may have differing motives. Most major cities around the world have been fortified with massive walls and anti-kaiju weaponry. It's basically a ongoing war with kaiju that by the late 2000's is slowly coming to an end. Then a mysterious object from space lands in the Pacific ocean that causes a sudden resurgence of kaiju activity around the world which kicks off the main story.
