Oh boy, Homestuck is infamously difficult to explain but I'll do my best haha
One character, Vriska, is unconscious and needs this character, Tavros, to kill her so she can ascend to a being with godlike powers, but since he's just a sweet and kinda timid kid he can't bring himself to do it. Vriska has mind control powers and she is able to use them even in her unconscious state to communicate with him by forcing him to write messages in her blood. What you see in this drawing is one of the messages Vriska forced Tavros to write, which just reads "K8LL M8" over and over again. This of course means "kill me," but Vriska is spider themed and will often incorporate the number 8 into her writing.
