I just HAD to post this. And I don't want any bullshit about how the Doctor isn't a super hero. HE HAS TWO HEARTS!!!! AND A TIME AND SPACE MACHINE!!!! BETTER THAN SPIDEY!!!I don't own

The doctor is a superhero in my book. He saves worlds, fights monsters, makes witty jokes, and has powers we humans can not even begin to understand. Ergo hero!

He's also supersmart. And he can kick ass just because he can go back in time and make sure you never existed. That is more to fear than both Marvel and DC comics coming after you. (Plus, one of them might end up taking pity on you and letting you off easy. The Doctor though...the fury of a Time Lord is something to fear)
