This is most likely one of the coolest sculptures I've seen in my life. I only hope that something like this will one day be produced as a resin cast. Absolutely amazing and phenomenal sculpt. Respect.

The briefing in which these words were spoken ("we call them engineers") was the only error i've discovered in the movie: Γ¬f the Waylands inform their crew at thΓ t moment in time about the content of the mission, what the hell did they tell them at the selection-interview?

adding some femininity to a source material that seems saturated in masculinity (despite SigourneyΒ Weaver's consistent roles in the franchise) is Β delightful. Would a female Engineer ever be shown in the motion pictures? If we are genetically identical to the engineers, then one eventually must... hopefully in sequels to Alien or Prometheus something like this will be depicted. Lovely piece of work, especially in rendering a sense of femininity to the character and showing her in a dominant role and not a submissive one... I imagine her ranking high in the hierarchy.

I believe they're made of a different material that's much softer as to not injure or break them. Idk for sure, I just go from what I've seen on other sculpts, busts, collectibles, and figures in the past.
