THIS HELPED ME SOOO MUCH!!!! i am just awful with water but thanks to this i think i can finally work a way of making something good out of an idea i had a long while back x.x if you could do a tut about how to make drizzling/pouring water, like what you have coming from the bubble at the top of this tut i would thank you greatly !!

i use photoshop and paint tool sai, both are rather equal, except i suggest sai for colour blending part~

hard to say as when painting water more values come in action; bsicly smooth water would just has less waves/noise. p.s. you can do the same in photoshop.

My computer is evil and for some reason my photoshop stopped working, which annoys my since its my program of choice. Now I'm stuck with corel painter. X[ But in the end, sai had always been the program I preferred, though now that's a problem since I no longer have a working PC in my home. Someone should really port the program to mac, a lot of people would buy it.
