Thing is, at least in my experience, if you try to draw in the lines in Bowie's face you end up with a Jareth that looks considerably -older- than the movie version. You have to try to achieve the lines without drawing them, using the angles and much subtler shades (when working in colour, obviously). Inking in the lines in solid black leads to, yeah, Moses or Methusalem. Or one very sick looking Goblin King.

I love that your Jareth seems a bit younger than David Bowie in the movie. You manage to capture his personality, while also not completely copying his look. Great job!
