ive been getting asked this a lot but, YES! your nebulruff can have galaxy dust hair! same for ears, pawpads, horns, and wings!

standard upright ears
standards flopped down ears
standard floppy ears
round ears
long ears with ear tufts
hair
horns (you dont need horns on your dog to have horns on your dragon)
color changing fur / glowing fur or markings
