The glow and sparkles of her hair are beautiful! My main criticism would be on the hand holding the butterfly which seems oddly large and soft, and her foot, which I feel would have some more details on it. Anatomy-wise, I feel as though her torso is a bit oddly long and there is something funny about her left leg - it seems a bit small. I like the details in the creases of her clothes - I always struggle with those so I appreciate it when they are done well. Personally I think the skirt is a bit short on her left side. Overall though, I really like her design in the outfit and the hair. I think a forest background would really suit this character

Everything about the character's design is very natural. With the lighting, I love how the range from light to dark is subtle, so is the glowing effect on her hair. I also like her anatomy and pose, it's a mix of both sleek and smooth, she's not exactly angular, but her whole look does remind if that art-style. I always love art-styles like that, since they can help enhance the personality of the character. The glow, lighting, and shading are great because they show that your work is neat and professional.
That and, I've always focused (maybe too much) on shading and lighting in digital art because they help give the characters more depth. I also think the depth, coloring, and substance of the shading helps define your art-style. I could be bright and vivid, to earthly and mellow. With yours, I get the impression of charm and enchantment.
To me though, the hands seem smaller than they should be. Granted, in stylized art we can skip around details, but when we do, our characters' parts should roughly make some kind of sense. Like her left hand down below, the fingers appear too short. And with her right hand, there are no knuckles, so it looks like her fingers are descending from north to south flat instead of diagonally. For future reference try either adding knuckles to border between the hands and fingers, or use a dark shade to the bottom of each finger to ensure a depth between them.
Speaking of depth, you could add a shadow to your characters sitting, without It'd look like they're floating in midair (lol). if she's wearing leggings here, maybe add some fabric lines on her feet. I thought her toes were missing at first, unless as mentioned above she's wearing leggings, right?
But as for everything else, this is an excellent artwork. I love finding fantasy art elves, woodland backgrounds, you name it) and cant help but find some kind harmony to them. I'm no good at making exceptional characters or backgrounds, so I often look up fantasy art for inspiration.Yours being one of them ^^

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful comment! I will take your feedback into consideration next time.
Hands are one of the hardest things for me to draw, so I'll take your advice about the knuckles to heart.

Hi I´m here from
Let me start with the part of this picture that catched my eye the most - her nearly luminiscent hair. I really like the shining effect you gave the hair, because it catches my eye and is a strong contrast to the grey of the background. Her hairs shading is great, too, especially the shining effect. I like her pose and you did a good job on her anatomy. There´s one point you might want to improve next time, however. Her left hand looks a little of for me, maybe you could draw it in one line with her mouth next time. All in all a very eyecatching work, keep it up!

This is amazing!! But here's some things I think you can improve: I think the upper and lower body isn't really proportionate. (That's what I think anyways )
