You can color and save each frame as png. There are sites that can put them together to make it a gif.

Ahh, I'm not the creator but I'm sure they would rather let everyone use this for free ^^

www.getpaint.net/download.html Paint.NET works on windows 10.
As does FireAlpaca :Β firealpaca.com/en
Both are free, but I would recommend firealpaca, as it is a lot more advanced than Paint.NET.
Also, firealpaca can create animation through layers, which is much easier.

Excuse me for intruding, but, you don't have to be rude to the artist. It isn't laziness, art takes a lot of work and effort, as you, being an artist should probably know.
You can expect her/him to create a version of their art for everyone's use, you could always try drawing one yourself, if you find it that much of a problem.
Also, she/he isn't dumb, as you claimed they were previously, they were just suggesting some programs you COULD get, to help you out, both of them are free, so obviously she/he didn't think there would be any problem with you getting them.
Again, i'm not trying to be mean or rudeΒ but I just feel like there was no reason to start using insults to get you point across, there's many other ways then that.

There's plenty of freeware painting software out there! The one I used a long time ago was Paint.NET - I suggest searching it up!

Do you think you could make just a giant image with all the fames? I can't download this because whenever I do, it makes all parts that are transparent black...
π: 0 β©: 1
ApplexPie2 In reply to Sushi-Babe [2015-11-15 02:49:38 +0000 UTC]
Oh, it's probably just because you're opening it with a software that doesn't support transparency. What are you opening it in?
π: 0 β©: 1
Sushi-Babe In reply to ApplexPie2 [2015-11-16 02:55:47 +0000 UTC]
I'm opening it with MS Paint and FireAlpaca but neither are working. When I open it in my gallery it does the same thing.

Wait, are you downloading this by saving the gif, or by using the download button?
π: 0 β©: 1
ApplexPie2 In reply to Sushi-Babe [2015-11-16 22:54:57 +0000 UTC]
Try downloading using the button instead. I have to zip file for all the images uploaded there.

Sushi-Babe In reply to ApplexPie2 [2015-11-16 23:57:21 +0000 UTC]
That's what I did but it makes all the transparent parts black.

ApplexPie2 In reply to Sushi-Babe [2015-11-17 00:41:08 +0000 UTC]
I downloaded the zip and tried it; it works fine for me.
MS Paint does not support transparency, so I can understand why it would turn the image black.
I tried opening it in Fire Alpaca as well, and it worked fine.
It's definitely not a problem with the images. Have you tried playing around with the "view" settings (namely the transparent background or colored background setting)?
