youngster joey is cool. he should be in every region
you know i think pokemon should make a game where you can get people to travel with you. you know like npc trainers that you battle during your journey. i would definitely pick joey.
they should also bring back secret bases !above ground! (but still keep the underground ones)

He kinda is. There's a kid called Joey outside Rusturf Tunnel who uses Zigzagoon (Hoenn's answer to Rattata) and a kid called Joey in the Dream Yard who uses Patrat (Unova's answer to Rattata). He probably pops up in the others too.

He still calls me about his WONDERFUL Rattata, only problem is, is that when I battle Joey he has a Radicate, and he still calls and talks about his nonexistant Rattata! Whats up with that!?
