YES THAT SCENE I'm glad I'm not the only one who remembers it haha, I just got ALBW and it's giving me a lot of nostalgia to see the overworld and enemies with updated graphics.

Enjoy the game! I was about to submit a spoiler pic, but I better wait then I love that scene and how you depicted it. It's so tender and I love how Link clings to Zelda. <3

Thank you, I'm so glad you like it! Ah, that's really considerate of you, but just go ahead and submit the pic--I've been seeing spoiler art all over the place already.
None of it has given away the context of what's going on though, so I don't mind because I won't understand it till I reach those parts of the game. I like how you can do the later dungeons in any order--I went to the Thieves' Hideout first, and then the Skull Woods. Definitely a return to the series' less linear roots, but with the conveniences of modern games as well (such as the warping and save points).

Don't worry, I don't mind waiting ^^ I think the Thieves' Hideout is where everybody go first, and I think it is made that way, since is the easiest dungeon. What do you think about the music? I think is one of the most wonderful OST's in a Zelda game, though a great part of it comes from ALTTP.

Now I feel like I have to finish it faster Yeah, that makes sense, since it's right next to where you start out when you gain access to the dungeons. The music is actually one of the main reasons I was looking forward to the game; I love how they've updated the old tracks, they're beautiful and nostalgic. It's hard for me to pick favorite Zelda OSTs, but I'm definitely loving this one.
Turtle Rock was my third dungeon and I'm currently on the boss fight... need to get better at the timing, it's giving me a nice challenge. It took me a while to find the third turtle to get into the dungeon because it looked like that wall was blocked. (I really like the wall-merging mechanic, it's cool and makes you think about the environments in interesting ways to solve the puzzles. I'm impressed with how naturally it fits into the game, it really doesn't feel gimmicky to me at all.)
Also that octopus thing with the missing babies is ridiculously cute. What happened to the days when we had to report back to horribly mutated terrifying half-spider wretches for all our collectathon needs?

No rush, please! >_< And you're right, Maiamais and their cute cheep-cheep are the cutest thing And their music is ridiculously EPIC. I don't miss the mutated spider guys xD The wall merging is amazing, it gives to puzzles a lot of great possibilities! I wouldn't care if they use it in another game

Haha, all right then! I am now in my fourth dungeon, the Dark Palace, and really loving the way the lights and wall-merging are used in puzzles, though the stealth maze on the way there made me nervous (I usually try to get stealth sections in Zelda games over with quickly; I think SS was the only one where I found them actually rather fun). And YES the Mother Maiamai music is awesome, I love going back just to hear it! Haha, I think I'll always be nostalgic for Golden Skulltulas though. I also wouldn't mind seeing wall-merging make a return in a future installment!
Oh, and seriously, they made that cucco pen minigame to be a nightmare just to punish people for all the cucco attacks over the years, right?

OMG, I really HATE stealth sections, not just in Zelda, but in any game. I'm so bad at it, the bad guys always find me.
I barely played the minigames, I practically rushed the game because I was so afraid of spoilers that I finished it as quick as possible And because my boyfriend wanted to play Hero Mode (he thinks that Zelda games are becoming too easy).
Any favorite sage?

Okay, I have now finished the game! Feel free to post spoiler art
Heh, understandable; I've done that too, it's so hard to avoid spoilers these days. ALBW is definitely easier than ALttP but I feel like a lot of that just comes from more intuitive controls and conveniences like warping, which I don't mind; I tend to get more satisfaction out of figuring out how to beat Zelda monsters than in the execution. Ravio's Journal being there in Hero Mode is cool, though!
Definitely Irene, I enjoyed her comments while warping around. I was sorry there wasn't much character interaction in this game though; I felt like I was wandering around completely alone most of the time. I guess they were trying to cut back on story to be more like the older games, but I missed it. Oh well, Majora's Mask and Wind Waker will always be my favorites in the series for character interaction; I don't expect them to top MM. I did like the ALBW ending, though.

Yay! Thank you for telling me! I'm glad you did like the ending! It's true that it's quite easy, but I find it pretty fun, anyway, and I love all the characters! Ravio is specially cute, don't you think? It's impossible don't become an instant fan! ^o^
I like Irene so much, but Osfala stole my heart instantly. You're right about the character interaction; but I'm always amazed by capacity of Zelda games to make you love a character even if don't have much importance or interaction. The sages from Ocarina of Time are a good example of this. How much you interact with Impa? She just teaches you the Zelda's Lullaby and where to go next. She doesn't appear again until the end of the Shadow Temple. But I love Impa and I don't know why. It's magic!
