Monet looks amazing! The style you used for her is amazing, and her with short her is a nice touch! She looks beautiful, and the short hair really brings out the pretty features of Monet!
The rest of her is just amazing. The attention to detail is just sheer awesome, and I love the style you used for Monet's wings, because they look very nicely done and very pretty.
Overall, I like this piece because not only is Monet one of MY personal favorite One Piece characters, but because you brought out the inner beauty of Monet with your style and the great job in drawing her!

Yes, younger. There are other factors to it too, like she seems to be shorter than usual, but short hair seems to make Monet appear in her early to late teens.
