Such a lovely piece!
Monet looks just stunningly beautiful in this piece! I especially love the way you drew her. She looks amazing, and the thing that stands out about this piece is her wings. The wings are so detailed and so beautiful, I really think they're the highlight of this piece!
The snow Monet is sitting on looks very nicely done, too! Monet looks great, the colors are amazing, the pose is fantastic, the wings are gorgeous, and everything in this piece are just very fantastic.
Overall, this piece of Monet looks very beautiful, and this is one of the greatest pieces of Monet fanart I've ever seen!

Is she a griffin? Intriguing colours and pose, especially the placement of her feet, which are beautifully done.

she is a harpy / garpia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harpy :3 but its just a parody thing , actually in storyline she was human ( ah One Piece xD ) firstly
