Powerful Discord + talented Twilight Sparkle = Turmoil CommotionSymmetrical draconequus, powerful battlemage, clever leader, a graceful Duke under Celestia's and Twilight's control.
How he was born? Well, Turmoil's birth was a Twilight's spontaneous experiment. She wanted to know, how Discord's child would be like, but knew nothing about the other amusing results of Discord's bed adventures . Shining Armor didn't like that decision, but Celestia approved: "Equestria's nobility should get as many strong blood as it can, so no foe could not infringe on our territories".
Turmoil is intelligent, well read, disciplined, but at the same time naive, insecure and has a strange sense of humor. Mares do not always understand it. The only one with whom Turmy feels comfortable - is his clumsy half-brother Hubbuby, Fluttershy's and Discord's son with bad diction.
His cousin Shining Needle, daughter of Shining Armor and Cadance, (prefers bad exotic boysXD) treats him arrogant and strongly wishes to emphasize that she is a thoroughbred pony, and he is just a weird beast. Twilight and Cadence have lots of problem with Needle's temperament. Still Turmoil is too well bred to defend his cousin's interests in front of Equestria's nobility.
And Chrysalis's revenge, the dynastic marriage between her son and Cadance's daughter, could result everything in a catastrophic way - Turmoil just must not let it happen!
Wooh, that was intense! I thought that would be simple image (not so easy, as I planned) with a small backstory, but Turmoil's story turns in a quite interesting way

Well, One thing that all three of them have in common, is that they look relatively exactly the same as their Mothers... There should be more Discord in there.
