done!!!!!my last deviation for ther year 2010!!!!this is my friend jairo souza from brazil...and my 3rd(?) from eyes luk urs series...

since the title is about eyes i made his eyes with colors..so this is more on mixed media..i run out of my sharpened eraser so i used white paints for his messy hair....
tools:
vellum cartolina
colleen/staedtler pencils
pentel water color for the eye
white acrylic for the hair

yeah i can imagine that erasers are better to handle,
but the effect with acrylics seem more prominent.

all of your work. you understand light and darks and how to achieve realistic volumes with value but do you graph your drawings or is it all free hand? do you work large or small?

thnx..yes i do graph them...depnds on how accurate i want it to look..this one is pretty small maybe 1/3 of the A4..as for paintings im using a3 and up
