Nope, it's not New York! Tokyo again, a view towards Rainbow Bridge from Odaiba Seaside Park. I didn't have a tripod with me, so I put the camera on a handrail. 1/25s at F2.5, ISO 400. The result was a bit noisy, but NeatImage removed most of that.Related content

I'm not so sure about the "welcoming" part... it's not looking out towards the harbor, but in the opposite direction! So I guess, it's just welcoming the photographers!
