Still haven't had a chance to play Doom, but I might pick up Eternal and finally jump into the series.

Thanks man! And hah, I can totally see that. Eternal might be a good point to jump into the series, though there might be just a little bit of "backstory" stuff you might wanna look into. Maybe just some "Doom Timeline" or something.

Considering that Doom 2016 opens with Doomguy literally destroying the thing that's trying to give him a backstory, I'm guessing I'll be mostly fine. haha

im so glad they're using older designs for the demons, doom 2016s were good but they are nothing to the originals (besides hell knight)
