Wow, this is a really cool picture. I like that the sword sort takes up the half of the picture and you get a sense of her movement with it. The whole pose and design looks great. I wish I could think of something better to say, but I really like it.

for someone who doesn't draw girls too often, you certainly made her look good. She has style.

Only she's much prettier, and she has a sword. The tail bothers me a little, though. It comes across as lumpy and doesn't seem to fit the general smoothness of the rest of the picture. One thing I learned (which I always knew but never used) was copying the lineart of the side of the tail that came out smoothest and pasting and resizing it so it would be parallel to the lines of the other side. It works very well for cat tails and is usually pretty easy to alter. :3

Yes, yes he is. But I was more thinking the style of clothing used in the movie "Treasure Planet" is very similar to her style of clothing rather than the characters themselves. |3

I think she looks deceptively innocent. I mean, she kind of gives off the look of there being nothing dangerous going on, yet at the same time she's hefting an enormous sword to strike at whatever is nearby, or maybe she's bored at a posing show
