Description
For the third day of magic class, air students were told to practice the ability to amplify their voices over a long distance and still be heard clearly. Sonic found it funny to hear all the students in the area yelling at each other from various locations, some chose to say jokes or compliments, others were more serious in what they chose to throw. Chrome had asked Sonic if he wanted to practice with him, so the two of them found their respective distances to stand, and waited for one another to call out something. Sonic wasn't sure who would go first, as they didn't discuss before leaving one another, but soon enough he heard across the field Chrome's voice call out.
"Can you hear me??" He seemed uncertain if he was doing it correctly. Sonic raised his hands and responded back, but Chrome's expression stayed the same, or so he thought, it was hard to tell with how far away they were.
"YES!!" Sonic tried again, a little shocked at how loud he sounded suddenly. He saw Chrome raise up his hands and could hear his celebratory holler echo across the field they were in.
"Did it work?" Sonic called back one last time.
"Sure did!" Chrome responded, then began closing the distance between them. Sonic met him half way and held out his hand. The two clapped hands and smiled before looking around at the other students.
"So... I guess we can just go look around then?" Sonic wasn't sure what to do now that they'd learned the ability so quickly.
"Maybe we can find some other people to help." Chrome suggested, and Sonic nodded his head in agreement.
Waving Chrome goodbye, Sonic separated ways from him and went to check in on some other students, maybe he could help them learn the ability as quickly as he did!

Week three is complete, yippee! Like the previous weeks, wasn't super motivated to draw this picture, but the motivation kind of came back as I was drawing this, so that's good! I had fun messing with angles and stuff, while still being pretty chill with this picture. I like the layout and color scheme of this picture, it's kind of nostalgic in a weird way?
ANYWAY, despite me wanting to be "chill" with my magic art, especially since classes have more relaxed requirements, I though the picture would be boring with Sonic just by himself, so I decided to draw another student and a background. It was pretty fun to do all of this, and Chrome was super fun to draw as well, even if he's kind of far away! It was also fun to write the story for this picture, just chill magic vibes~~
