So...How exactly would this HAPPEN? This isn't exactly human transmutation. I know I'm probably ruining it by asking this, but it's bugging me.

well.. long story short, A Gardy gave her life protecting her Trainer, and out of grief and guilt he tried to bring her back. A life is a life, and with this big a connection between the two, it spawned this one.
