I couldn't decide whether to title this as something going on inside our heads or something going on in deep space; it's fairly amorphous in composition which is one reason why I am fairly content with it.
Anyway, this was captured in October 2007 for a college assignment that was investigating long exposures. However, it's somewhat ironic that the best image from that photoshoot happens to be one with a relatively short exposure time. The only other capture from that session to be uploaded is Eta Orionis with a 30-second exposure. It's interesting how the same subject can be depicted in such different ways.
Regarding the two-year disparity in submission dates, this gallery slot once contained an image trying to capture a similar concept but infinitely less-successfully. It seemed logical at the time to directly replace it.

My interpretation is an egg and a dozen or more sperm trying to get into it, if I am not too blunt. I quite like your gallery

Yes indeed, they're great to experiment with even without capturing the moments.

Heh; it's a low-light capture of a plasma lamp in action.

I see. Very wonderful. It's just got such a mysterious, and yet dark quality to it.
