Description

This was previously released as the Ouroboros seen here . I've changed some things for its release as part of a Gundam RPG. I ultimately did not like how the bridge of the ship came out, so I completely cut it off and redesigned it to something simpler. The bridge is now situated somewhere near the top center of the ship. It has been made much larger than the original Ouroboros.

This ship is a military refit version of a civilian vessel, and they primarily utilize the same components, but in a different configuration, sans the bottom section of the ship that allows for ships and mobile suits to idle. It can technically carry up to 12 large cargo containers in its two arms, however in the case of this refit these cargo holds have been converted into large mobile suit hangar bays for launching and maintenance. It can carry up to ten mobile suits per section, for a total of forty mobile suits.

Considering its size and function, it primarily launches mobile suits from a rear position and does not engage in combat. If the possibility for it to come under attack approaches, it can rely on the many mobile suits it has stored within to defend itself. Think of it like a Carrier from Star Craft launching Interceptors.

One unique aspect of the Arroyo-class Refit is that the lower section of the ship is large enough to dock a smaller ship. While this may be left open for mobile suits or small shuttles to land on, it may sometimes carry a smaller assault ship within this section as an additional form of protection. This can also  be used to trick enemy sensors into believing there's only one ship.
