Description

Before I start I wanted to thank at this point for making this character for me. Aren is the only of my characters which I havn't created by myself but who I got from an egg adoption. Therefor it is a bit hard for me add or change some parts of this character without feeling a bit guilty about it.

But now to a bit background, Aren is a frost - earth dragon hybrid and as strange it may sound very scared of water. Because of his earth dragon part he is very heavy and bulky and therefore unable to swim right. As a result he freezes the water and decides to walk on top of it. He and his master where the guardians who protected the ice prison Zero was captured in for five thousand years, but one day he managed to break free and killed his master. Aren was strong but still to young and hot tempered, when Zero provoke him he fell for it and lost his lower yaw. Zero afterward killed all remaining ice dragons and only Aren remained, after that day he replaced his mouth with a self made scale yaw and practiced the art of patience. Everytime he sees his face in a reflection he gets reminded of his failure and the burden he has to live with.

He apparently ended as a normal soldier in Tyrin's kingdom and worked his way up to her privat bodyguard and leader of the royal guards. She does like to subdue him but Aren does not fall for it. Tyrin asked him once if he knows what she is trying here but Aren only replies with it is the duty of a guard to stay focused and not get distracted by anything, but if she would order him he would have to follow the command. Since that day she was that much impressed that she continued her little tricks to see when he will break his principle and give in or if she has to break his trust in her and order him to do what needs to be done. This went so far that Aren even has to stay guard right next to her in the bathroom while she takes a bath. After a while they developed quite the strange love relationship waiting for the other making the first step.

In his full dragonform his ice part starts shining through, his mane turns slightly blue like his scales under his eyes.

He can complete awaken his ice dragon powers with the frost prince mode where his skin totally turns blue and his body temperature reaches near absolute zero. Normally for a ice dragon that would make his body very fragile but thanks to his earth dragon part his rock scales work like an protecting armor increasing his defense. While in this mode Aren has complete control over everything and can freeze everything rapidly. Although he seems invincible in this mode his earth dragon part cant compensate for long, normal ice dragon bodies can handle this mode, but not the earth dragon part from Aren. His body starts slowly to freeze and cause internal damage to his organs, he can prevent bleeding out by freezing the broken parts, but not for long.
