Description
Considering Magnus, and especially Quen, delve into highly illegal procedures and science, a subsection of the government have sent an assassin bot after them to stop their plans. Elixx-13 is not bound by the laws of the android and uses his agility and cunning to destroy his targets. His left arm is charged for electrical attacks, strong enough to incapacitate an android such as Quentinius. He is the 13th test of a killer-bot; the other 12 were unsuccessful and without form, simply code on a computer.

He hates humans and other androids alike, and is set on his tasks which are all transmitted via his antenna. He's hot-headed, violent, and completely full of himself.
