For all the animal that Actual is, there is not a doubt that he still somehow remains almost human in a vague, near familiar way.

My personal character, the one who I affiliate most with and consider unique unto me as an individual rather than a creation or character of mine, Actual is a true member of Smilodon, through and through. While unique in a few regards, such as coloration and markings, or even the partial furred crest, I am fairly certain his fictional representation is close enough to the ideals of the animal. It certainly helps as well that within his fiction he is an entirely constructed organism, but I digress.
