Those two Gentlemen are Bertram Wilberforce Wooster (or Bertie) and his valet Reginald Jeeves.
They are the major characters in a series of absolutely delightful, adorable and hilarious novels and short stories by P.G. Wodehouse. They are mostly about Bertie getting himself into some kind of mess (quite often an unwanted engagemant to some horrible female )and Jeeves getting him out of it.
Apart from the books there's an excellent TV-adaption starring Hugh Laurie as Bertie and Stephen Fry as Jeeves that's definitely worth a look, too.

I don't have a link sorry, but I can tell you where it is. If you go to fanfiction.net, look in the book category and click on Jeeves, you'll find it next to a branch of finleys, the tobacco people. Sorry, couldn't resist the fry and laurie reference, it's on the first page near the bottom.
It's a very good story.
