The Application sheet is pretty self-explanitory!
The large portion is for your character's main pokemon form **Required
The second box is your pokemons color palette
Third larger box is for your pokemon's pokehuman form. This is not required but optional so long as your character does not wish to use the device and does not have a human form yet. If you aquire a device later then please fill in that box once applicable.
Info box just has general info to fill out. The "O" With a slash through it is for genderless pokemon like legendaries. Regardless of pokemons sexuality you must choose a single gender for them in human form. By Gender we mean the sexuality of your character. Meaning their biological gender. You can add to the written description as to what gender they identify with.
The item box is solely for two items your pokemon carries with them
and the skinny box below is for your pokehuman's color palette and credit!

exactly, but seeing as pokehumans are supposed to be secretive about actually being human they hide their tails (if their tech doesnt work fully and it gives them a tail LOL)

Oh...my...gosh, I've found you Kel! I've been searching for you art forever because you (as well as others) inspired me to stop referencing (finally -.- I seriously needed a wake up call -- I felt like an idiot when I finally did) and continue working! 
Oh gosh...you've caught my attention with this straight away! <33 (Mainly because Half and I were talking about pokemon and whatnot)
So...this is most likely a stupid question, seeing as there are most likely blogs out there for me to read in the group, but...to begin with, does your character need to have a human form (just yet, seeing as I'm still working on my human art) when you begin/join the group? ;w; Sorry if this bugs you, I've just been trying to draw humans...and they suck OTL

Glad to see things are working out for you 8DD
and to answer your question, no, you're pokemon does not need a human form right now. The device is sold by a weavile in the pokemon market so your character could have easily avoided getting one for any particular reason.

Yeah, but much of my improvement goes to Zaabu since she was so kind when she pointed out how badly I was affecting everyone, and she helped me turn around in the right direction, so hopefully (with anatomy studies and fur studies) it looks better, and not like anyone else (otherwise, I'm screwed OTL)
Great <33 I can't wait to see what character I end up with, seeing as I can't seem to settle on a single Pokemon to draw XD (I just love 'em all)

XD I haven't played in forever now that I think about it, but I remember watching every single Pokemon show that came on when I was younger, perhaps around six since I fantasized about being a Pokemon back then XD
I'm going to have to go through my games and see if there's something I like...how much do you think it would cost me to ask you to make a journal commission of my character (if you're open for Point Commissions) that is, since I can't seem to code, or draw good journals (still learning how to design some good stuff XD)
