Description

Guarding a mountain outpost is a lonely job, but someone has to do it. Watchtower guards may have a thankless duty, but they see little action and are allowed to go without armor in daylight during times of peace, unless they suspect an attack. Considering that apart from the mountains, there's nothing but sand for kilometers in every direction, it would be hard to surprise them during the daytime.
